Newark Mayor Cory Booker Saves Woman from Fire

Normally, we have seen in movies when a public leader jumped in a burning house and save some lives. Cory Booker, the mayor of the Newark did the same thing. According to the Associate Press Cory Booker just back to home from an interview. When he reached at his door step, he saw a house burning next to his house. He immediately rushed over to help. When he reaches in the burning house, he saw his guard already saved two women from the house.

They were struck on the first floor of the house. Cory Booker and his security person decided to go to the 2nd floor to save the third resident. When I reach on the second floor, I realize that I can’t find the women and when I look back i felt I can’t get out of here also. I heard her scream, in “I’m. Back here” and I found her in a bedroom at my back. I grabbed her out from the bedroom. Then we both headed down to the stairs, and we survived said, Cory Booker in a report. After the rescue, teams arrived Cory Booker and the women he saved were taken to the hospital. They get treatment in the University of Medicine and Dentistry Of New Jersey Hospital. Cory Booker suffered with a hand burning and smoke inhalation. He was released from the hospital and sent to home for taking rest.

There are no details issued about the third resident who survived in this fire accident. This is not the first time when Cory Booker facing fire. In March his house was under fire which he purchased in 2009. He tweeted about the accident on Thursday night and said thanks for the fans to be worried about his injuries. He said in a tweet on Friday that thanks everyone, my injuries are minor, and I will be okay.
