Update on Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Authorisation Above Threshold Limit New Service!

Customers are currently required to provide Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) authorisation when performing Bill Payment, Funds Transfer, eNETS or Remittance above a limit of S$1,000 via UOB Personal Internet Banking.

You can now choose your preferred threshold limit for invoking 2FA authorisation when performing Bill Payment, Funds Transfer, eNETS or Remittance via UOB Personal Internet Banking. Click here to view the limits available for selection.

You can also opt to receive SMS/email notification alerts when you perform transactions above the threshold limit. The threshold limit for receiving the notification alerts is also customisable.

To change the threshold limit for 2FA authorisation and/or SMS/email alert notification, please click on Customer Service > Manage Notification and Authorisation upon login to UOB Personal Internet Banking.
