National Breast Cancer Awareness Month 2011

Country will go pink. On the eve of the awareness month for breast cancer, also known as the United States in October new Today / Gallup Poll showed that Americans have mixed feelings about the annual event. About 96% of 1004 respondents say the event was to make people aware of the disease. Almost 80% say they know someone who has had breast cancer. Chris Christie for president?

Trenton – Speculation on the potential of the presidential elections, Governor Chris Christie Amped again Monday, when former Governor Thomas Kean told the Conservative magazine that Christie was thinking about jumping into the campaign. Chris Christie Reconsidering 2012 Run

It all began anew Sunday, when Paul Gigot, the editor of the Wall Street Journal, appeared on Fox News and said New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie was “very carefully” reconsidering his stance on entering the 2012 presidential race. Gigot went on to say there are “enough people who have gone to him now and said, ‘Look, this field is weak, and none of them may be able to beat the president.’” On top of that, the National Review wrote Wednesday that a top GOP donor and a “prominent” New York politico are both convinced Christie will enter the race. Orlando Brown Passes Away At 40

Orlando Brown, a bruising offensive tackle for the Cleveland Browns and the Baltimore Ravens who was temporarily blinded in one eye by a referee’s errant penalty flag, leading him to file a $200 million lawsuit against the National Football League, was found dead Friday in his Baltimore apartment. He was 40. There were no signs of foul play or suspicious materials at the scene, Anthony Guglielmi, director of public affairs for the Baltimore Police Department, said. Orlando Brown Passes Away At 40 Brown, a 6-foot-7, 360-pound lineman nicknamed Zeus, was a stalwart for both the Ravens and the Browns. He was one of the highest-paid offensive linemen in the N.F.L. and started 119 games in his 129-game career. Brown was sidelined by an accident on Dec. 19, 1999, while playing for the Browns in a game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. When the referee Jeff Triplette tossed his flag, weighted with BBs, it struck Brown in the right eye, missing his helmet’s face guard.
