Ex-SCDF chief in sex-for-business corruption case: Women and their companies named in court

THEY are high fliers in their companies and two are believed to be married with children.

And they were named when the Singapore Civil Defence Force’s (SCDF) former commissioner Peter Benedict Lim Sin Pang (above), 53, was charged yesterday.

Lim faces 10 counts of corruption and is accused of having corruptly obtained sexual favours for himself from the women, all senior executives in their companies.

Miss Esther Goh Tok Mui, Ms Lee Wei Hoon and Ms Pang Chor Mui – and the companies they worked for – were mentioned in the charge sheets.

At the time of the alleged offences, Ms Pang was a general manager at Nimrod Engineering, Ms Lee was a director at Singapore Radiation Centre, and Miss Goh was a director of business development at NCS. Both Nimrod Engineering and NCS were then vendors to the SCDF.

Lim, a married man, allegedly had sex with the three women a total of 10 times in seven locations between May 2010 to November last year.
